Lo & Behold Snow at Ojo Caliente

Lo & Behold, that’s right, it snow at Ojo.

Ahh, the snow at Ojo. You locals know what I’m talking about when I speak of a beautiful winter day. On my way out the door to head for the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument in search of “snow” photos, the blizzard was full on, although brief. With four to five inches already on the ground and more coming, I headed out.

Images converted to black and white.

Snaow at OjoThe above image is of the front entrance of my home in Ojo Caliente, with a bit of snow covered antique farm implements as yard art.

Snow at Ojo My drive from the house leading to Highway 285. The massive “yard art” in this image is, to the best of my knowledge, a horse drawn thrasher dating back to before WW II.
