The Moods of Cerro Pedernal
I guess one has to ask, can a mountain have a mood? For those of us who get to view Cerro Pedernal on a daily basis, we feel blessed. Now that’s a mood.

Others might conclude that it’s a direct result of one’s own personal experience while visiting or viewing said mountain.
In case your wondering, here’s info on Cerro Pedernal.
Pedernal means flint in Spanish, and this flat-topped butte in northern New Mexico has long been a source of agate. Today, the butte is a well-known landmark in the northern Jemez Mountains, and gained further notoriety when artist Georgia O’Keefe lived nearby and painted the peak.
